Client - youArtist has option to post all created work.
If you do not want your art posted a privacy fee will be added.
Artist has right to deny all requests and end the commissioning process at any time.
Artist has right to require credit for piece in certain scenarios.Payment options: Revolut, Paypal (discussed beforehand) NEW: VGen - payment available through credit cardPayment: Full or 50% upfront, the rest after completion. Big payments(200€+) can be split into multiple parts.
You will receive the full file after final payment is confirmed.Refunds: only 50% of upfront fee can be refunded, no refunds after sketch confirmation.
Full refunds only for commissions cancelled by artist before sketch delivery.
In special cases if artwork is not delivered, in a time frame specified by artist, client can request partial or full refund.
No chargebacks on completed payments.I will start working on commission after payment confirmation.
Queue slot may be forfeited if there is no communication from client for 2 weeks.Illustration rights:
Artist has right to use the illustration for the following:
Portfolio, samples, promotional purposes.
Artist retains full rights of ownership for the illustration.
In case a commission is forfeited or cancelled, artist has full right to repurpose, edit, reuse the illustration.Client: right to print, repost and use as long as its not for commercial purposes.Client CANNOT use the illustration for the following:
Ai training, reselling, relicensing, NFT usage.
Altering or repurposing without Artist's consent.In case of a forfeited, cancelled or refunded commission(fully and partially), client retains no rights to the illustration.fees apply for commercial purposes, discuss with artist.
